Offshore Coffee Co.

 Today I visited Offshore Coffee Co., in Long Branch, NJ.  This is a coffee shop that I often hear of, and have known about for a while as I lived across the street from it for a year, but never got around to trying.  I am normally a die hard dunkin stan so, that was always my pick over this local coffee shop but, after trying to I wish I had given it a chance sooner!

This coffee shop has a very good rating of 4.7/5 stars on google, and I definitely understand why.  When I was first walking into the coffee shop, I was pleasantly surprised as it was very bright and welcoming in there, and a lot bigger than I was expecting with lots of seating and places to eat, or even get work done.  It was very lively in the coffee shop with a lot of people just hanging out and just getting work done.

Although there were a lot of people in there, I walked right up to the counter and ordered immediately.  I ordered an iced vanilla latte which is an order I love to get all the time.  This coffee shop had the most flavors to choose from out of all the shops I have been to so far.  They had some interesting flavors that stood out to me including lavender, maple, honey, and agave, along with some more staples including vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, brown sugar, and mocha.  I really enjoyed the iced vanilla latte I got and would definitely go back to try out more flavors and more items off their menu.  Now that I am taking another look at their menu, I am starting to wish I got a little more adventurous with my coffee order and tried something else, so I will definitely be making another stop back at this coffee shop.

When it comes to the service of the staff, it was very good at this shop.  I walked up to the counter and ordered my coffee, and immediately was tended to by a barista and my drink was out within the next 2 minutes.  This was the quickest experience I have had when it comes to ordering coffee, besides when I use my phone to order Dunkin or Starbucks before even arriving at the shop.  I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and staff at this coffee shop and will definitely be giving the shop a good rating!

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Offshore Coffee Co.! I enjoyed the experience here more than I did at the other 2 previous coffee shops I visited.  The staff was very friendly and very quick, and it was a very nice environment in the coffee shop overall.  I would definitely recommend anyone to go here if you are in the area, which happens to be right across the street from the beach, so I could only imagine how crowded and lively this place gets in the warmer months.  My overall rating for Offshore Coffee Co. is a 9/10, and I will definitely be making stops here more often!
